✅ The real fault was a SEVERELY BLOCKED DPF.

This Sprinter would crank.

We loosened the exhaust connection before the DPF…

😳 YOU WON’T BELIEVE WHAT WE FOUND INSIDE THIS SPRINTER…

When this van arrived, everyone had a theory.

❌ Turbo failure
❌ Fuel pressure issue
❌ Sensors
❌ Injectors

The symptoms pointed in every direction.

Loss of power.
Poor performance.
Running issues.

But then we started stripping it down…

And that’s when we found something that shouldn’t have been there.

💀 A workshop rag stuck inside the intake system.

Yes… a rag.

The engine was literally struggling to breathe.

But the story doesn’t end there…

As if that wasn’t bad enough, we found a second major problem.

💀 The DPF was heavily blocked too.
