It’s always incredibly rewarding to receive positive feedback about a member of our team — especially when it comes completely unexpectedly from a member of the public.

This morning, we received a lovely email recognising Andy, who stopped to help a driver after she had been forced off the road and into a ditch on Moseley Old Hall Lane.

Andy wasn’t attending as part of his job and there was no obligation for him to stop — he simply saw someone who needed help and chose to do the right thing.

The email described how reassuring it was to have someone stop and offer assistance, particularly while alone in a difficult situation, and finished by saying that Andy is “a credit to your company.”

We couldn’t agree more.

We’re proud of the work our team does every day, but moments like this say just as much about the people behind the business as the work itself.

A huge well done to Andy, and a sincere thank you to Sam for taking the time to get in touch. Messages like this really do mean a great deal to us. 👏
