Few more jobs from the back end of this week.
Yet another set if cracked brake discs on a scania nice ans easy to replace these

2 new air bag replaced due to old ones been far too perished and rotten air fittings and top securing nuts
And finally new brake chamber fitted due to poor service brake efficency

Job well done🤙

Some jobs from this week , first of scania in for a gearbox fl**ge seal replacement due to leaking new seal and fl**ge nut fitted cleaned all metal surfaces making sure there's no chance on damaging the new seal when fitting

Secondly a 4 axle tanker rigid in for accident damages , 2 new wings fitted and ns side rails repaired with a new leg making sure no sharp edges couple of lamps replaced and stays straightened

Thirdy tractor unit in for brake warning found middle axle brake discs worn due to heavy heat cracks and worn pads worn to low , also found damaged abs sensor wire , new discs pads and abs sensor replaced 🤙

Let's see what the rest of the week brings 😀

Some jobs from last week found upon inspection on a 3 trailer slack adjuster bushes with excessive play removed and replaced with new bushes grease ni***es and slackers cleaned up , also found brake drums to be heavily corroded , customer requested for new brake shoes and drums fitting

2nd job on a personal vehicle clutch had been needing replacement for a while so finally had the time to get it done new 3 piece clutch kit fitted and bled up nicely

And turbo charger replacement due to seized actuator nice easy job this one all road tested no leaks 🤙

Few jobs from last week or 2

Had a iveco daily in fir inspection and found every rear anti roll bar bush worn excessively even the bar itself worn , Replaced with genuine parts

Dennis eagle bin truck in for routine inspection and found water pump leaking also replaced with genuine parts

And finally vehicle showing eml on dash and torque reduction imminent , read fault codes and it showed inlet nox sensor no operation , removed with great difficulty as these love to seize up in the holes , removed and tapped out threads for new genuine sensors to replace with 👌

Little job from this week , common issue on volvo adblue system internal adblue temp sensor fault location for the pump...

Little job from this week , common issue on volvo adblue system internal adblue temp sensor fault location for the pump is a horrible place that just gathers muck and debris from the roads , new pump fitted and inducement reset all fault codes cleared and jobs a good en 👍

Teamed up with KLJ Commercials LTD for some work carried out on this vauxhall insignia
New replacement timing belt with new water pump and tensioner, new clutch fitted as old one was well overdue replacement quite an eventful task lifting the box in and out, front and rear discs and pads replaced. Nearly rained off a few time but battled on 🤙

Not exactly how wanted to spend my weekend doing a clutch on my personal vehicle as it suddenly decided to fail at aro...

Not exactly how wanted to spend my weekend doing a clutch on my personal vehicle as it suddenly decided to fail at around 60mph 🤣, fast turnaround though , new clutch kit and gearbox oil fitted and back on the road again 🤙

Few jobs for the past week or so..

Van came in for eml light and hissing sound when coming on boost found intercooler had split new one ordered and fitted in good time 👌

Had a transit recovery into workshop for dumping all its oil , upon inspection found oil cooler had split and leaked new cooler and filter fitted , after running up engine also found that the turbo failed with impeller blades damaged and oil starved new turbo replacement and jobs was a good en! 😀

Transit tipper in for brake warning found that the pads were worn to metal and damaging the brake discs , disc pads and all clips replaced 👍
Daf LF in for routine inspection, found rocker cover seals leaking , nice quick job to replace these , all cleaned up and new seals fitted.

Lastly personal job done bottom control arms replaced and send for alignment
Easy work 😀🤟
