Good morning everyone,
We’ve not posted in a while but we will be back posting some of our jobs as we let the social media stuff slide with us being so busy !!

Here's one of our jobs from yesterday in ackworth on a Mercedes sprinter. This one was diagnosed as high pressure pump failure by someone else. They asked us to fit said pump, before we start any job we carry out our own diagnostics to confirm this which ours confirmed there was a low pressure in the fuel rail but this was due to the lift pump not pumping the fuel to the high pressure pump. Of course the high pressure pump isn't going to pump fuel if there isn't any there.

Fuel tank removed and lift pump replaced

Whilst carrying out this work we replaced

X4 injector clamp bolts
X4 injector seals
Injector leak off pipes
Recut and cleaned the injector seats
And replaced The boost pipe from the trottle body to intercooler

Lovely bmw 135i we had in for condensation in the headlights after being told he needed full new units by verious others and blew them selfs they reached out to us and we fixed the issue by removing the lenses, rebonding back on and modifying the breather holes and pipes

BMW 330d in with us for full timing chain kit, oil and filter, injector seals, rocker cover gasket, rear main oil seal and big end bearings

This car put up a real fight from the get go from cross threaded bolts from previous repairs to siezed in injectors we even found one of the bolts that hold the shock absorber to the hub was completely missing, the sump plug threads were non existent and was leaking

We rectified everything we found wrong at the customers request on top of carrying out the repairs it was booked in for

All parts and fluids used on this one were genuine bmw

We collected this car from another garage at the customers request for a forged engine rebuild

We plan on giving this a massive spruce up to bring it back to what it was before & an exciting BHP figure

It’s absolutely go go go this week!!

We picked up this Peugeot 107 this morning from the customers house,

After taking it for its MOT, we fixed the following dangerous defects

✔️ Front brake discs
✔️Front brake pads
✔️ Front drop links
✔️ Rear brakes service and adjust

We then delivered the car back to the customer with a full 12 months MOT and a safe car!

‼️ Emergency call out late last night to Woolley edge services ‼️

This customer had been for a new tyre fitting earlier in the day, he called us to say the wheel had fallen off 😲

We drilled out the snapped bolts, replaced those with new ones

We also replaced both rear brake discs and brake pads, because the customer had drove on the discs to be able to get to the services due to this happening on the motorway!
