We recently caught up with our newly qualified HGV Technician, Lucas Banks, based at our Tenby branch.

Lucas joined us in 2022 as an apprentice and has recently completed his qualification with a Distinction. Throughout his apprenticeship, he has developed outstanding skills in the workshop while working alongside Sarah and the team.

When asked what he enjoys most about his role, Lucas highlighted the great team atmosphere and the banter shared within the workshop.

Lucas is another fantastic success story from our apprenticeship programme within the MAN network, and we're excited to see what the future holds for him. πŸ”§ πŸš›

A huge shout out to Darren Miles of Miles Hire who is currently riding from Bordeaux to San SebastiΓ‘n as part of Ride 2 Rugby 2026 - raising vital funds for Ospreys in the Community and their incredible dementia, mental health and social isolation projects.

OITC support over 150 people weekly living with dementia across 7 groups, helping them stay active, connected and living independently for longer. They also support the wellbeing of thousands of young people every year, building resilience, confidence and coping strategies that genuinely change lives.

And if you look closely at that jersey - you'll spot a familiar logo. We couldn't be prouder to be supporting Darren every single mile of the way. πŸ™Œ

Another delivery we're really pleased about! 🚐

We've just delivered two high specification MAN TGE 3.160 vans to the brilliant team at Mayes Tyres, who operate out of depots in Llanybydder and Llantrisant across South and West Wales.

These two beauties will be out on the road servicing their contracts and keeping things moving across the region. 🏴󠁧󠁒󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Delighted to have supplied this vehicle to Hunt Construction of Bridgend! πŸš›βœ¨

The vehicle is based on an MAN TGE 5.160 5 Tonne Chassis, downrated to 3.5 Tonne GVW with a towing capacity of 3.5 Tonne.

Powered by a 160 BHP engine and 6 speed gearbox, it also features twin rear wheels and a lightweight aluminium body supplied and fitted by local body builders Neath Coach Builders. πŸ’ͺ
