UPDATE ON THE TWO SURVIVING FLEA ANAEMIA KITTENS
These two tiny warriors are fighting their way back from severe flea anaemia, and today we were able to visit them at the vet. They are off the drip, although they still have their little cannulas in place just in case they need fluids quickly.
It can take 2–4 weeks for their red blood cells to regenerate, so they still have a long road ahead — but these brave little souls are already showing signs of improvement. Their determination is incredible.
We’re hoping they will be well enough to return to their fosterer soon, where they’ll receive round‑the‑clock care and all the love they need to continue healing.
Look at these little fighters. They are absolute darlings, and we are so proud of how hard they’re trying to survive.
If you have any name ideas for these two tiny heroes, we’d love to hear them.
