BMW 328i in for some custom exhaust work.

We built a 3inch stainless steel custom back box, all fabricated in-house to suit the car properly.

Nice clean fitment, proper stainless throughout and a much better look and sound from the rear.

There’s a lot more to a custom exhaust than just bending a bit of pipe.

Getting the routing right, keeping good clearance, making sure the system sits properly, choosing the right silencers and finishing everything so it looks like it belongs there — it all matters.

That’s the part people don’t always see, but it’s the part that makes a custom system properly custom.

Every exhaust system we fabricate is made in-house to suit the individual car and the job in front of us.

From the first cut of stainless to the final weld, it’s all done by hand in the workshop — not pulled off a shelf and bolted straight on.

That’s the difference with a genuinely custom-built system.

A bit more attitude for this BMW 520d.

We fabricated a custom stainless steel quad-exit back box delete, giving the rear end a much sportier look with a cleaner, more purposeful finish.

A simple change that makes a big difference visually, all built and fitted in-house to suit the car properly.

1991 Volvo 240 SE in with us for a full custom stainless steel downpipe-back exhaust system.

A proper old-school Volvo and a really nice one to work on. The new system was fabricated in-house to suit the car, giving it a fresh setup from the downpipe back while keeping everything tidy and well fitted underneath.

Love having something a little different come through the workshop.

Something a little different on this Mazda MX-5…

This one came in for a custom-built stainless steel back box, but the customer wanted something a bit different when it came to the finishing touch.

The result — a custom vertical tailpipe design, built to the customer’s idea and fabricated to suit the car.

Definitely not your usual MX-5 setup… and we think it looks absolutely pucker!

One of the best things about building exhausts from scratch is being able to turn a customer’s idea into something that’s completely individual to their car.

How loud do you actually want your exhaust?

It’s one of the first things we’ll ask when discussing a custom system — and “sporty” can mean very different things to different people.

Some customers want something subtle with a deeper tone but still comfortable on a long journey. Others want a bit more character when they put their foot down, while some are looking for something much more noticeable.

Silencer choice, pipe diameter, engine type and the layout of the system all play a part in the finished sound.

That’s why we prefer to build each system around the car and what the owner actually wants from it, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
