Navara chassis repair.

Once we removed the tub, we could see the extent of the rust!

With all the rot cut out, we replaced it with 3mm steel and strengthening plates... treated any surface rust, primed and sealed for a long lasting repair.

1.9 PD engine for diagnose and repair.

After having a “reconditioned” engine fitted, 2 other garages could not get the engine to run correctly.

First thing to check was cam timing- was was too advanced.

On closer inspection once stripped down, the cap cap bolts have been over torqued causing damage to the cam and bearing shells. We sent the head off to the engineers for a check and line bore. A new cam kit was supplied and fitted. Injector clearances set and with the cam timing correct it now runs as it should!

Full service on a Mercedes c63 when I say full service I mean the full works engine oil and filter, 8x spark plugs, pollen filter, 2x air filters, gearbox oil and filter kit, diff oil, brakes fluid change, abs sensor, full inspection, all genuine Mercedes parts used I put more love and passion into this than a main dealer technician would
