Made some progress today with the installation on the 1800 for . The interior panels are loosely fitted, insulation trimmed, and carpet temporarily laid for fitment checks before wiring harness installation.

This Volvo's interior is shaping up to be a masterpiece.

Customers Mk4 es**rt cabriolet in colour after various welding repairs including;
Full front panel replacement
Front wing mounting edge repairs on both sides
Rear upper shock mount replaced
Spare wheel well cut out and replaced.
Full rs turbo body kit fitted and smoothed into the body

We have also fitted fully adjustable rear suspension and gaz coilovers all round!

Now the body work and paint is completed on the shell we move on to the custom smoothed front and rear as turbo bumpers, rs turbo bonnet and bootlid with rs turbo spoiler!

Thats the inner sill out the way and floor pan lip repaired on the 106 rallye.

Fantastic condition mercedes in for some preventative paintwork and minor rust fix.

All ground back to bare metal, rust removed, repainted and back with the customer.

Taken a little bit of meat off these wilwood 4 pot calipers to squeeze them inside some 13" wheels

Spent the morning loosely assembling the rear subframe on the gc8 to get it back on its wheels to allow me access to a few bits the ramp legs restrict.
The diff will be refurbed and some new shiny bolts will go in on the final refit.
