Afternoon, just a quick post about the Snow! We've had 4 cars not turn up again today due to the snow, we understand some people won't drive in it but please, please just call us! We could either collect or book other customers in. All 5 staff made it into work yesterday and today for then to stand around waiting for people not to show up. Moving forward, unfortunately anyone else that doesn't turn up or call, we won't be looking at the vehicle again. I have regular customers desperate to get their car in. I'm sure if the people not showing up didn't get paid at the end of the week, they would realise. Thanks for our ongoing support from our genuine customers x
