This morning I headed up to Aberdeen to catch up with the lads who were competing in the King of The North Box Cup.
First up was Leon who was against Liam Boyd of Irvine Boxing Club who is the current Scottish Golden Gloves Champion and British Champion, Leon boxed tremendously and was unfortunate to be on the wrong end of the judges decision and lost his final on a 3-2 split, Leon has proved that he is up there with the best in the country 🔥
Next up was William (Tank), William faced final Lewis Finlay from Hutchison Boxing Academy. William boxed brilliantly and earned a deserved 4-1 split decision victory, adding another title to an already outstanding season.
It’s been an incredible year for Tank having already won the Beath box cup ,Eastern Districts and the Caledonian Box Cup, and now adding another title to his collection.
Both lads are absolutely flying at the moment, next up they are competing in the Hull Box Cup against more high level operators and the lads are right up for the challenge 👌🏼

What a tremendous weekend of competition for and 🙌🏼
After both boys becoming Caledonia Box champions last weekend, this weekend saw them compete in the Eastern District Championships and they both got the job done once again against top opponents 🔥
To win two championships in back to back weeks in an open class category really shows the level that the lads are at, I genuinely believe they have what it takes to go a long way in this sport if they continue to apply themselves and I am proud to be a small part of their journey 💪🏼
I couldn’t write this post without mentioning the other achievements from both Eva and Jamie who also became Eastern District champions this weekend 🥊
is absolutely flying right now and it’s down to the hard work from the effort and dedication John puts in year after year is really paying off 📈.

A solid, controlled and dominant performance from tonight in the Eastern District Championships, against a tough opponent, saw him progress to Sundays final alongside 🔥
The lads and the rest of are flying right now and it’s a pleasure to watch and be a part of 🤝🏼⚫️🟡⚫️🟡

Both and took home the gold today and become 2026 champions after impressive performances both today and yesterday.
Both lads have promising futures ahead of them in the sport 🔥
Also a mention to Eva Hynd who was unfortunate to be on the wrong end of a judges decision today.
All three boxers always give 💯 every time they are out 🔥🔥🔥.

It’s fight day for our sponsored athlete Chris Duncan 👊🏼
Chris is fighting in Las Vegas on UFC323 against a dangerous opponent in Terrance McKinney.
As always, no stone has been left unturned in Chris’s preparation, everything has been done meticulously and on point👌🏼
