A lot's changed since we last showed you this Peugeot Boxer conversion:

◾️ Slatted ply ceiling in, always a fan favourite, and you can see why
◾️ Black Zebra lino flooring laid
◾️ Furniture going in room by room
◾️ Shower cubicle fitted
◾️ MaxxAir roof fan installed and operational

PART 2 - PEUGEOT BOXER - FULL CONVERSION 💪

From bare metal, the transformation begins. 👀

The first stages of the Peugeot Boxer build are well underway, getting everything behind the scenes right before the interior starts taking shape.

◾️ Sound deadening
◾️ Thermo liner
◾️ Recycled plastic insulation
◾️ Ply lining

Not the most glamorous part of a full conversion, but one of the most important for creating a comfortable, well-insulated camper that's ready for adventures all year round. 🙌

Next up, we'll start seeing this Boxer look a little less like a panel van and a lot more like a camper!

PART 1 - PEUGEOT BOXER - FULL CONVERSION 💪

Ryan's here with the first walkthrough on this Peugeot Boxer, the same platform as the Fiat Ducato, so you already know it's got the bones for a proper conversion! Right now it's a bare shell on the inside with the first stage of lining in progress, but here's what's to come:

◾️ Diesel-fired heating
◾️ Onboard shower
◾️ Full kitchen with fridge
◾️ Fixed bed with a garage underneath for all the gear
◾️ Solar on the roof to keep it all running off-grid

Absolutely everything, including the kitchen sink. We're excited to watch this one come together. 👀

PART 7: RYAN’S FAVOURITE INTERIOR FEATURES. 👀🔥

To round off the build series, Ryan takes us inside the finished Crafter and talks through a few of the details that make this conversion such a comfortable place to spend time.

From the Truma heating and hot water system and loads of useful cupboard storage, to the relaxed seating area with table, perfect for parking up, taking in the view and enjoying a well-earned beer. 🍺

At the rear, the fixed bed setup keeps things simple too. No daily setup, no moving furniture around, just a proper bed ready whenever you are.

A fitting way to finish off one seriously well-specced Crafter build, cheers to that! 👌

PART 6: THE FINISHED BUILD, IN DETAIL. 👀

A closer look at our latest VW Crafter conversion, showcasing the finished interior and exterior from every angle.

For the final part: Ryan takes us inside and talks through some of his favourite interior features.

PART 5: RYAN’S FAVOURITE EXTERIOR FEATURES. 👀

With the Crafter now complete, Ryan gives us a quick walkaround of some of the exterior details that really make this build stand out.

First up, the Fiamma F45S awning gives the customer instant shelter at the side of the van, while the Front Runner roof rack adds loads of useful carrying space for bigger adventure kit like kayaks and paddle boards.

We’ve also added an alloy wheel and tyre package, finished off with mudflaps for a tougher, more purposeful look, plus a 200W solar panel on the roof to help keep the leisure system topped up when travelling off-grid. ⚡️

And finally, the Maxxair fan adds practical ventilation inside the van, making a big difference when cooking, sleeping or travelling in warmer weather.

A few of the finishing touches that help make this Crafter properly usable for the adventures it was built for. 🔥

PART 4: THE FULL REVEAL. 👀🔥

After weeks of work, our latest VW Crafter conversion is complete, and this is the first proper look at the finished van, inside and out.

This build has been designed around creating a premium, practical space that’s just as capable off-grid as it is comfortable on longer trips.

Some of the standout features include an Evo Designs furniture package finished in Cobalto HPL, a bamboo worktop and matching table, Indel B Cruise CR86 fridge, illuminated overhead lockers, a full rear bed platform with under-bed storage and a rear Bullfinch shower connection for washing off bikes, dogs or muddy kit.

Behind the scenes, there’s a serious electrical setup too, with a 300Ah lithium leisure battery, Victron MultiPlus 2000W inverter, Victron 50A DC-DC charger, 200W solar panel, external hook-up and a Truma D6E heating and hot water system. ⚡️

Finished off with VanGlass privacy windows, integrated blinds and plenty of considered storage throughout.

This one has come a long way from the bare-metal shell we showed you in Part 1. 🎬
