stunning manual E92 M3 with us for preventative maintenance 👨🏻‍🔧

With the valve cover gaskets starting to get a misting of oil around them it was time for a complete refresh including Vanos covers! Just as well as the original plastic Vanos covers literally shattered when being removed! 😅

All new genuine BMW hardware throughout - valve cover gaskets, valve cover bolts with seals, spark plug tubes, Vanos housing cover gaskets, valve cover breather housing gaskets, finished off with engine oil & filter service with Fuchs titan race 10w60 engine oil 🤌🏼

Another S65 saved from potential Vanos cover failure? Preventative maintenance is always key to keep these ///M cars working at their best!

BMW E82 N55 135i major oil leak overhaul! 💦

We’re very selective with the E series cars we work on due to age, corrosion & general condition as there’s sadly not that many nice examples left anymore which can cause us a lot of problems working on them with severely corroded bolts, parts being brittle & breaking etc

Fortunately this is a great example that we recently serviced earlier this year & noted various oil leaks, so here we are addressing them. Engine oil sump pan gasket, valve cover gaskets, oil filter/oil cooler housing gaskets which requires intake manifold removal. This revealed a slightly coked up intake port valves, quick blast with the walnut blasting machine & they were as good as new!

BMW M4 F82 with us for the all too common valvetronic fault!

Valvetronic servo motor gave up the ghost giving the “woodpecker” noise from the engine when unlocked or the ignition cycled 🐦

Replacement eccentric shaft & bearings, valvetronic motor & oil feed, all related gaskets, seals, bolts etc replaced with all the correct tooling. Lastly the valvetronic run in cycle completed for a fully professional & guaranteed repair 👨🏻‍🔧

Finished off with a MOTUL UK 5w40 x-clean 8100 gen 2 oil service 🛢️

Genuine BMW engine coolant radiator & top hose due to leaks 💦

Finished off with a lovely Ventrax Motorsport dual differential mount, BMW TU differential bushes & BMW TU subframe bolts, super rusted subframe bolts nearly caused us a headache due to excessive rusting! Also replacement rear shock absorber bump stops due to dry rotting/splitting.
