Electrician had “cured “ trip issue by disconnecting something, no explanation to what was disconnected was given. On tracing the fault turns out the water heater had been leaking slowly for some time and was causing the trip. Removed heater cleaned up and installed replacement second hand element with cut outs. All good now.

Sliding step fitted to campervan. Went for a Veldo from Magnum Motor Homes. As it came with all brackets and an electronic control box, which is an expensive option from other makes. Activated from sliding door and fitted additional switch to retract step when not needed.

Propex compact 1600 slung under campervan. After removal found corroded tracks on circuit board, nice repair and all working now. These models were designed to be inside, but with a homemade cover it has worked since '93 so back it goes after a spruce up.

Whale underfloor heater,throwing up blocked inlet on Ivan controller. Whale advised owner it was a fan issue. Striped out and dismantled fan module and motor, Issue was dirty commutator. Works fine now.

Whale space heater. Fan fault 5. Fan not spinning, possible commutator corruption. Striped down unit,removed fan module, stripped down fan module and dissmantled motor. Lots of crud in motor, cleaned and all good. Nice saving.
