Well that’s 2024 over, what a year, this summer we were reviewed against over 400 garages in shropshire and came 3rd which is a great achievement and a credit to everyone involved and then to have our workshop certified by Castrol was amazing and to become part of the Castrol Service Network.
In 12 months we have received over 70 5 star reviews on Google and our website which is a massive thank you to our customers and to the staff for there hard work behind the scenes
2025 is going to be an exciting year with new cars evolving and especially electric & hybrid vehicles becoming more popular we are investing into training and having the equipment to be able to repair these vehicles including charging which we have already had an EV charger installed to charge customers vehicles.
After listening to feedback from our customers, when the mot season gets underway our mot capacity will double and reduce appointment times as we will have more authorised examiners.
Our waiting room will have a refresh in the spring brought more up to date with improved WiFi, better seating and drinks facility’s
Also we have upgraded the courtesy vehicles which are now ULEZ compliant so no more ULEZ charges for customers using our courtesy cars to travel to work in Birmingham and Manchester.
