Here we have small repair on a s2000 that had began to suffer with bubbling around the arches and on the sill. we fabricated sill end cap patchs, wheel arch sections then smoothed it all inn and painted the rear quarter panel Inturn preventing this modern day classic from starting to rott and ensuring to preserve its structure for years to come.

At nrr, we stop at no limits to ensure that customers beloved cars are restored to there former glory, no matter how big or small. In this case this rather tired mk1 was about ready for the scrapyard but had alot of centimantal value to the owner. Over the course of a few months, we have replaced both outer andinner sills as well as floor sections, chassis leg sections and then the inner and outer arches which are notorious for rusting on mx5s. After completing the welding we carried out all necessary bodywork and gave it a fresh coat of paint to bring it back to its former glory.

Here is a prime example of a BMW e36 that has had a well deserved revamp.
When it arrived, it suffered from lacquer peel on the hard top and was destined for a big bumper conversion.
We have sanded the hard top and applied the minimal amount of body filler where nessesary for a good, sharp and flat completion as well as painting the big bumper to match the previous body colour in turn reviving this much loved retro motor to its former factory glory.

Here we have a mini 1275 engine that has had a fresh rebuild and is ready to go in a custom mini. The engine has had 20thou rebore, crank grind and has been built up with arp headstuds as well as omega pistons, a race camshaft, a big valve and ported cylinder head. Here at NRR we know that for many people a car isn't just a form of transport but a dream. So when we was asked to fulfil our customers wildest dream of owning a wide body e46. we took it in our hands to make his dreams come true. We carried out a full wide body install, fabricated inner body tubs to allow for wider wheels, repaired all rust which had been lurking as well as carrying out a full custom metallic paint job before adding the final touch which was custom carbon fiber spoiler and spat tops. .

These photos are of a mini, we have had in the shop recently. It came in after a recent back end smash which had severely weakened the rear panel. First we had to strip it down which revealed some nasty previous repairs turning a relatively normal repair into something far more extensive. We had to put on a new rear panel, boot lid and rear valance as well as weld in a new boot floor, inner wheel arches and lower quarter panels before we was able to paint it restoring it back to it's former glory.

At NRR we pay attention to the small details, this week a customer brought their 2018 MG in for a bumper refurb after having a small scrape on the passenger side front. We have brought it back to it's former glory by both filling it and using its original 3 stage pearlescent paint to give it back that factory sparkle.

One of repeat customers brought his beloved e36 into us last week unfortunately it had suffered some front end damage and was feeling rather sorry for itsself .. we managed to repair the bumper and slam panel and get it all painted up for him ready for show season.
