๐ Important Update: Managing Your Driving Test Appointment ๐
(Changes coming from 31 March 2026)
Big changes are coming to how you manage your car driving test, and itโs important every learner knows about this ๐
๐ Limit on Changes
From 31 March 2026, you will only be able to change your driving test appointment up to 2 times.
Good news ๐ even if youโve already made changes, everyone starts fresh with 2 changes available.
A โchangeโ includes:
โ
Changing the date or time
โ
Changing the test centre
โ
Swapping your test with another learner
โ ๏ธ Once youโve used your 2 changes, any further changes mean youโll need to cancel and rebook a new test.
โฐ What You Should Do BEFORE 31 March 2026
If your test is currently booked:
at a time you donโt plan to use, or
at a test centre you donโt intend to take your test at
๐ Act now and change it to:
โ๏ธ A date when youโll be fully prepared
โ๏ธ A test centre you genuinely plan to use
This helps protect your 2 changes for when you really need them.
๐
From 31 March 2026
Only use your 2 changes if something unexpected happens
If you cancel with at least 10 full working daysโ notice, youโll still receive a full refund
๐ฆ Our Advice
Donโt book a test โjust in caseโ but do book in advance due to long waiting times.
