Some recent work from us as we haven’t been posting much lately!

Wishbone bushes on an Audi A1 were advised on the MOT alongside the brakes which resulted in diagnosing why the brakes are inefficient.
As the brakes were stripped down for inspection, it appeared to be an inefficient ABS module.

One of the cool jobs this week making some boost pipes for an intercooler to fit a bigger modified bespoke intercooler, the frame for this intercooler is now fully built, just a few finishing touches and ready for some paint.

It’s been a pleasant change working on this 206 GTi 180!

Came to us needing some suspension work, alignment and an MOT. Customer supplied all required parts.

New arms fitted, then alignment followed by poly bushes fitting according to the alignment feedback

Few bits from the MOT and handed back to the customer.

Haven’t been updating our instagram as much so this is what’s been happening lately.

Mostly been simple maintenance and diagnosis tasks or MOT work. (Yes we also do MOTs)

But here’s a few that pictures were taken from.

The yellow springs are from a MK1 Audi TT which was having a lowering kit fitted due to snapped springs amongst some wiring and MOT.

Range Rover had a wiring fault with terrain response not working which turned out to be a broken wiring.

Mazda was MOT and consequently work required after.

Fiat Doblo in for diagnosis and broken regulator and window switch.

Been forgetting to update our social media so here’s a few that has been recorded.

Fiat Doblo returns with a few electrical gremlins. Diagnosed to a poorly battery and alternator and few corroded earths.

Fiat Scudo with a poor handbrake retuned, sadly it snapped a cable so all readjusted and fitted.

Audi A1 for a health check, broken coil spring and a knackered anti roll bar link which was of course rectified.

BMW 335D in for regular health check as well as service and faulty horn diagnosis!

The one that was enjoyed the most by myself is the Citroen DS3. After having coolant issues for a while, the customer decided to go ahead with removal of cylinder head and new head gasket. So, head removed and sent away for testing, new timing chain kit, new gaskets, pistons cleaned and all built back up which cured the vehicle and given to a happy customer!
