🚴 This Sunday, Joe is taking on 119km!

As part of his training for an even bigger challenge, Joe will be taking on the 119km Greater Haywards Heath Bike Ride this Sunday. 💪

And this is just the warm-up!

On 30th September, Joe will be setting off from John O’Groats and cycling all the way back to Seaford in just 7 days.
That’s 7 days, hundreds of miles and one seriously tough physical and mental challenge!

He’s doing it all to raise money for Seahaven Storehouse, helping support local people and families in our community.

This tyre looks fine at first glance…
But when the steering is turned to full lock, the inner edge is exposed — and you can see the cords showing.

⚠️ Cords showing = dangerous and unroadworthy.
And it’s easy to miss if you only check what you can see from the outside.

Quick tip: Always check the inside edge of your tyres, not just the outer face.

🔧 Suspension Noise? Don’t Ignore It! 🔧

This Peugeot came into the workshop with a suspension noise.
After a road test, the noise was clearly heard. On inspection, we found the issue on the driver’s side front, the shock absorber was coming out of the main body.

Worn or failing suspension components can seriously affect comfort, handling, and safety, so it’s always best to get unusual noises checked early.
