We are a Seaford based, family run business. We service and repair HGVs, vans and cars of any age. We are also a MOT testing station. We carry out car, van & minibus MOTs on site, classes 4, 5 & 7. Welding & fabrication work.

24 breakdown service, including recovery up to 3500kg. Body work & accident repairs. We offer services for everyone, including big fleets.

Truck Services of Sussex LTD are looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, greeting customers, answering phones, and managing the daily operations of the office.
Required hours are Monday-Friday 8am-2pm but negotiable for the right candidate. The candidate must be able to provide holiday cover for the other office staff.

Responsibilities:
-Greet customers and check in/out their vehicles
-Answer incoming calls
-Schedule appointments and bookings via telephone and face to face
-Organise and maintain files and records
-Provide updates to customers
-Take card payments via telephone and face to face
-Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the office
-Perform data entry tasks
-Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

28 days paid holiday plus bank holidays & the period between Christmas & New Year. (This is extra holiday and is not included in annual holiday allowance).

With repair garages being named as essential businesses at this unprecedented time, Truck Services of Sussex LTD is open for business as usual.

We understand the importance of keeping your vehicle safe and roadworthy during this time, not only for our key workers, but for our other customers who will be needing their vehicles to get their essential supplies. We also understand that you may not be able to bring your vehicle into our workshop to get it repaired or serviced so with this in mind, we are now offering a contact free service to anyone who may need it. This means that we will collect your vehicle from wherever you are (you can leave your keys out for us) and we will return it to you once the work is carried out, posting your keys through your letterbox.

Our technicians wear gloves at all times and use seat covers in every vehicle. For peace of mind we will also be carrying out a sanitising clean of the frequently touched parts of your vehicle, free of charge. This will include, the steering wheel, gear k**b, parking brake and door handles.
We always aim to provide the best possible solutions to keep your car and your families safe but especially more so during this crisis.

We are a family owned and run company and are currently seeking an experienced vehicle technician to join our friendly team!

We service and repair HGVs, vans and cars of any age. We are also a MOT testing station so a MOT testers licence would be an asset however it is not essential.

The position is on a permanent full time basis - Monday to Friday (Saturday mornings on rota). Overtime available.

28 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Pay to be discussed during interview.
