Converting the UK-spec Ford Ranger to the F150 styling is something weāre very familiar with, but this one was different due to the high specification of the base truck.
The lights wouldnāt co-operate, electrical gremlins lurked around the corner, and the rear wings were simply incompatibleā¦ at least for anyone but us.
The bodyshop got to work adapting the F150 components to fit flawlessly, even producing accompanying sections from scratch. Breakthroughs with intricate headlight configurations and tail light fitment rendered all previous concernsā¦ moot.
Everything was then coated in a custom coat of silvery Satin Grey and then adorned with gloss black detailing, before a huge array of additional upgrades were fitted. Heavy-duty side steps, a stunning wheel setup, beefy tyres, a heavy-duty rear bumper, a roof-mounted LED light pod, a custom exhaust and more.
The end result? An absolutely wicked, head-turning custom beauty; a truck that remains in our top 10 pick-ups hall of fame. š
