We are also a female-friendly Foxy Lady-approved garage with promises never to overcharge, patronise or sell women services they don't need.

🔥 HEATWAVE NOTICE 🔥

With temperatures potentially reaching up to 38°C over the next few days, we’ve made the decision to close the workshop slightly earlier on:

📅 Tuesday 23rd June 2026
📅 Wednesday 24th June 2026
📅 Thursday 25th June 2026

⏰ Workshop closing time: 2:00pm - 2:30pm

This decision has been made to protect our hardworking team from the extreme temperatures expected inside the workshop.

We appreciate this may cause some inconvenience, and we apologise for any disruption to your plans. However, the health, safety and wellbeing of our staff will always come first.

We’re incredibly proud to share that we raised a total of £1,110 at our Charity Car Wash! ❤️

A huge thank you to everyone who came down, supported us, and donated so generously — it genuinely means a lot 🙏

Here’s how the funds are being shared:
💙 £848 to Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice
💙 £262 to Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA)

This one is especially close to home for us. Gary, our Workshop Director and a big part of the Vulcan Motors family, organised this in memory of his mum, Tina Parker. We know she would be incredibly proud of him, and of everyone who helped make this happen 💙

Join us this Sunday to support two incredible causes ❤️

We’re raising funds for Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice and the Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA) — charities that mean a huge amount to us.

Our Workshop Director, Gary, sadly lost his mum to Motor Neurone Disease. During that time, the support from the Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice and the MNDA was invaluable to him and his family. This event is our way of giving back 🙏

This car wash is part of our fundraising for:
⛰️ National Three Peaks Challenge
🚶‍♂️ 26.2 mile charity walk along the Watercress Line

Come down, get your car cleaned, and support two truly important causes. Every donation helps 💙
