🚨We Are Hiring – Service Advisor 🚨
We’re looking to add a new Service Advisor to our team here at The Phirm.
The role involves providing first-class customer service both in person and over the phone, handling email enquiries, preparing quotations, managing workshop scheduling and diaries, liaising with suppliers, and overseeing all front-of-house duties.
We’re a tight-knit team, so the ability to work well with others is essential, along with strong communication and organisational skills.
Previous experience within the motor trade is required - Volkswagen Group experience is not essential - and knowledge of the aftermarket/tuning industry would be an advantage.
◼️ Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:45-18:00, Friday - 7:45 - 17:00. No weekends.
◼️ Location: Blackwater, Surrey
