The customer advised a Third Party had poorly performed ECU & TCU Tuning on this lovely Audi RSQ3 2.5 TFSI.

They booked us to restore both the ECU & TCU to Factory Stock Software & reported on road test it instantly drove noticeably better 😁!

The customer had the Engine Management Light intermittently on this stunning Mercedes C350 V6 Blue Efficiency.

Upon investigating, we established it had already been Stage 1 Tuning via a Third Party so took a full ECU Backup via Bench & then proceeded to flash the Factory Stock SW to enable the customer to ensure all is OK for few weeks (the customer could not tell the difference) before applying our Stage 1 Tuning Software; on road test the customer noticed an instance transformation 😁!

Once running correctly we transformed the Performance & Economy of the vehicle with our Stage 1 Tuning Software:

Stock: 306 HP & 370 NM
Stage 1: 328 HP & 411 NM

A Third Party had already attempted without success but still charged the customer; we performed Speed Limiter Disable & after a short road test the customer confirmed it was successful 😁!
