This customer wanted to extract some additional Performance from this stunning little Abarth 595 Turismo 1.4 Tjet.

Featuring the later Bosch MED17.3.0 ECU we had to work via Bench connecting directly to the ECU to bypass the security 😁!

We transformed the Performance & Economy of the vehicle with our Stage 1 Tuning Software:

Stock: 165 HP & 230 NM
Stage 1: 200 HP & 300 NM

Despite having already taken the vehicle to a Third Party tuning company, this customer had the Engine Management Light on this Vauxhall Insignia 2.0 CDTI.

Upon investigating, we established the ECU was actually Stock & it was still performing a DPF Regeneration; we diagnosed & resolved the issue with our DPF & EGR Solutions via Bench 😁.

Once running correctly we transformed the Performance & Economy of the vehicle with our Stage 1 Tuning Software:

Stock: 160 HP & 350 NM
Stage 1: 200 HP & 420 NM
