Committed Service/Parts advisor wanted for our growing garage.

We are looking for a new employee to help run our busy reception. Somebody who wants to be a part of ensuring our customers receive a top quality service alongside a positive and pleasant experience.
Are you trained in the automotive industry or do you have any other relevant experience in the service industry? If so, you’re already at an advantage but it is not a requirement. You will receive the necessary training when starting here at Emery and Burton Ltd.You will be working alongside a team of skilled technicians and mechanics.


About you:
You have good people skills and show extrovert characteristics
You are capable of building new relationships with our customers
You are capable of planning your own projects and can work independently
You have an interest in IT and new technology

Your primary assignments:
Contribute in ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction
Planning and enrollment of the day to day activities at the workshop
Customer contact by telephone and e-mail
Tendering and invoicing
Supporting our garage’s social media platforms
