STJ Motorhomes is a growing family-run dealership specialising in the sales, servicing and repair of quality motorhomes and caravans. The Role:

Every vehicle that arrives with us is prepared to the highest possible standard before being advertised or handed over to its new owner. This role involves much more than simply washing vehicles. You'll be responsible for helping present our stock to an exceptional standard whilst supporting the wider team wherever required.

Typical duties include:

Exterior washing and interior valeting
Machine polishing and paint enhancement
Cosmetic cleaning and bodywork restoration
Preparing vehicles for photography and customer handover
Moving and organising vehicles around site
Maintaining a clean and professional forecourt
Identifying cosmetic defects or faults and reporting them to the workshop team
General site organisation and supporting other departments when required
No two days are ever quite the same.

We're looking for someone who:

Takes genuine pride in producing high-quality work
Has excellent attention to detail
Is reliable, trustworthy and motivated
Enjoys practical, hands-on work
Works well both independently and as part of a team
Is keen to learn new skills and develop within the business
A full UK driving licence is essential due to our rural location and the movement of vehicles around site.

Training & Development:

We don't expect you to know everything on day one.

We'll provide ongoing training and opportunities to develop new skills in areas such as machine polishing, paint correction, bodywork restoration and workshop support.

As our business grows, we want our team to grow with us.
