British Classic Cars - Workshop & Car Sales - MG Specialists Est. 1979 Welcome to Beech Hill Garage. Our expertise covers all models of MGs from 1924 to 2005.

We are a family run business setup in 1979 by Ted and Sally Riviere and now run by their son William and his wife Louise. In August 2009 we celebrated 30 years of specialising in MGs. We have a great combination of time served mechanics and trained ex-main dealer mechanics. We are an independent MG Rover Specialist X-part Auto Service Centre. We continue to develop the company by offering a complete range of services for the MG owner with any age of vehicle from vintage to the modern MG Rover cars however, in April 2010 we were appointed by X-Part as the independent new MINI Specialists for the Reading area. This will run in parallel to our continued support of the classic MGs and modern MG Rover cars. Our reputation as one of the country's leading and longest established MG Specialists is one we are extremely proud of and one which we intend to retain and develop by constantly providing our customers with friendly, reliable and value for money service. Beech Hill Garage has a 5 Star and 5 Spanner Recommendation from the MG Owners Club and is also a member of the MG Car Club Trade Membership scheme. We always have a wide selection of cars for sale from classic MGs to modern MG Rovers and now new MINIs. We always do our best to offer known cars from customers for whom we've looked after the car. In general the classic cars will be fully restored or very well maintained examples and the modern cars will be low mileage with full service history. We pride ourselves on our personal approach to each and every customer; many of whom we have known now for many years. We do more than just look after our customers cars!

1969 MGC GT AUTO LHD

On offer is this very rare MG MGC GT Automatic in left hand drive form. Finished in Tartan Red with black leather trim, the Heritage certificate tells us that it was imported new to Miami Florida and has always been fitted with wire wheels, auto box, heater and cigar lighter.

The bodywork is in lovely condition with great panel gaps, rustfree seams and bright glossy paint. The interior is also very tidy with the vulnerable safety padded dashboard free from unsightly cracks, nicely patinated seats and excellent carpets.

Mechanically the car is spot on not long having had a gearbox overhaul by our preferred specialists, Hardy Engineering.

Overall, a lovely car ideal for Continental touring or perhaps would appeal to one of our overseas customers.

1994 ALFA ROMEO SPIDER 2L £14,995

On offer is this superb Alfa Romeo Spider S4 2.0 Litre finished in Nero (Black) with complimentary grey leather interior. The car has been with the last lady owner for the past sixteen years, several of which have been spent in storage but with annual trips to have the car MoT's.

There is extensive history with the car from new including old MoTs and service items together with an advert from Bell and Colvill who carried out the right hand drive conversion.

It is in outstanding condition, no doubt as a result of dry and careful storage, the paintwork is particularly impressive as is the overall condition of the interior and fittings generally.

On the road it performs extremely well, the five speed gearbox is easy to use and being the more desirable 2 litre engine is quite sprightly.

The hood is easy to use and is in good condition with just one minor repair, the back window is clear and flexible.

Thoroughly collectible but usable, this fine example is sure to impress and offers exceptional value.

What a great day at the MG Car Club’s Drive Before You Buy day in Abingdon.
We met lots of new people and their MGs as well as seeing lots of old friends.

What a cracker! Small but perfectly formed this little gem is in great condition. Just had new brakes and a work over by a marque specialist.
Loved for many years by its current owner but she fancys trying an MG now.
