There's an increasing trend for Insurance companies to apply an extra excess charge, on top of the compulsory and voluntary ones, to their customers if their customers use an independent local repairer and not the insurance company's approved repairer!

A nice surprise today, a visit from a customer showing off his LandRover, we prepared and painted the panels and the customer rebuilt it and we must say he has made a fantastic job of it too 😊
