Audi S8 in at JM for Hunter Alignment

This Audi S8 was in with us for a full Hunter wheel alignment, checking and correcting the geometry to make sure everything is sitting exactly where it should be.

Big, powerful and seriously capable getting the alignment right makes all the difference to handling, stability and tyre wear on a car like this.

Today we swapped out the Eibach lowering spring setup and fitted a KW height adjustable spring set (HAS).

This Toyota Supra has been on our Dyno before, but on its last visit the numbers just weren’t where they were expected to be.

It turned out the car had developed a boost leak, caused by a blanking plug in the uprated charge pipe working loose.

With that sorted, the Supra was back on the rollers at JM-Imports for another power run… and this time, all the power is back! 💪🔥

390hp/506ft-lbs at the wheels is approx 459bhp/595ft-lbs

Boost restored. Power restored. Problem solved. 🏁

🔥 Audi S3 8Y — APR Stage 1 🔥

A great example of what the latest S3 platform can do with nothing more than software. 👌

This 8Y S3 came to JM-Imports with completely standard hardware — no intake, no intercooler, no exhaust upgrades. Just the factory car, ready for a software upgrade.

We tuned using APR Stage 1 software and put it straight back on the Dynojet to see what it could do. 💻⚡

📈 Before: 301.49 WHP / 296.72 WTQ
🚀 After: 360.87 WHP / 367.19 WTQ

That's an impressive gain of almost 60 WHP and 70 WTQ, while retaining completely standard hardware.

The result? Around 425bhp at the flywheel, and a much sharper, stronger and more responsive S3, without compromising the factory setup.

Software really can make a huge difference! 🔥
