SoLow Suspension LOW coilover kit for Marks T6 today,

Rear ABS loom relocation and shortening of bump stops is required when running this kit.

Cheap suspension never rides well but when it has completely worn out/Broken it’s pretty horrible.

This has made a huge improvement

Nice start to the week, bit of a visual and driving upgrade for this T5.1

SoLow Suspension NXT plus coilover kit replacing standard suspension and a set of 20” wheels supplied by the customer to replace the standard VW ones

We also removed the front suspension arms and replaced the worn rear bushes with the solid T32 items to improve the handling and braking

He’d previously run SoLows on an old van for many years and was impressed with them so there was only one way to go with the new van.

We loved how purposeful this one looked on 18” wheels with big tyres 👌

Tony’s T5.1 medium roof 4motion in this week for SoLow Suspension Big H lift kit.
This also involves fitting rear diff spacer kit.

This is the first time we’ve installed one of these kits and we were very impressed with how it drives.

3rd Blackberry Transporter in as many weeks, such a great colour 👌

Dale found us through Berkshire VW Transporters and was booked in today for service and ABS warning lights on.

We diagnosed a wheel speed sensor issue and replaced the sensor.
Service brought up some minor advisory items which have now been booked in to be addressed.

Having not long had the van we were able to confirm that he had bought a decent one in fantastic condition and can now go on to enjoy some weekends away camping

Marc booked in with us for a suspension check having had coilovers fitted elsewhere and had concerns over noises and steering feeling odd.

We found that the rear springs and adjusters had been installed upside down on the rear end and on the front the aluminium support plate for the top mount bearing had been left out as well as the mounts having been installed with the transportation nuts rather than the correct VW nuts.

We full stripped down the suspension this morning, replaced the required parts, and then built back up and then put back together, we then set the height correctly, carried out 4 wheel alignment and also adjusted headlamp aim after the height change

Blackberry T5.1 in today for suspension upgrade all the way from Twickenham, very sad looking worn out Bilstein coilovers replaced with SoLow Suspension LOW’s all nicely set up so it now sits correctly.

We also discovered a very worn steering joint along with an even more worn driveshaft.
With the help of our suppliers we managed to complete the job same day
