🚗 WE’RE HIRING – CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR! 🚗

📍 C&C Motors – Minehead

We’re looking for a friendly, organised and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team at C&C Motors!

You’ll be the main point of contact for our customers, helping with everything from booking vehicles in for MOTs, servicing and repairs through to keeping customers updated and arranging collection.

🔧 The role will include:
• Answering calls and customer enquiries
• Booking MOTs, servicing & repairs
• Greeting and checking customers in
• Keeping customers updated on their vehicles
• Preparing estimates & invoices
• Liaising with our workshop technicians
• Ordering & chasing parts
• Taking payments
• General administration & diary management

👤 We’re looking for someone who is:
✅ Friendly & confident with customers
✅ Organised with great attention to detail
✅ Comfortable using computers
✅ Able to work well in a busy environment
✅ Reliable, professional & a good team player

Motor trade experience would be an advantage, but isn’t essential for the right person.

⚠️ Jet Wash Update ⚠️

Morning all,

Unfortunately, it looks like someone has been a little heavy-handed with the machine and has damaged the internals of the No. 2 button.

The good news is I’ve spoken with our engineer, who has confirmed the jet wash is still fully operational. Simply use the other wash functions as normal while we wait for the repair.

🔧 The engineer is scheduled to be with us tomorrow to replace the faulty button and get everything back to 100%.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your continued support.

✅ We’re Back Up & Running! 🚗💦

Thanks for your patience today.

Our drain had become completely blocked, so we spent a couple of hours clearing it out and getting everything flowing properly again.

The machine has now been topped up, tested and is fully operational.
