Late Wednesday afternoon took the engine out of the red mondeo. Then Thursday took out the engine in the black one as it's was knackered. Fitted new cam belt kit and water pump, EGR cooler and new thermostat housing as these are common failures on these engines. Got it lined up under the car on the lift and in on the mounts. Then Friday got put all back together and first turn of the key it started. ( No wiring of pipes cut everything removed properly ).

Couple of jobs from last few weeks. Welded in a new exhaust flexi on a galaxy, full set of rear disks & pads, inner brake shoes and cables on a peugeot boxer. Drive shaft on a mondeo, Ball joint on a mokka and a full service on a trivot.
