Amelie passed her driving test six months ago—but her mum has NEVER seen her drive… until now!

In this refresher lesson, Amelie returns to the driving school car with Mum along for the ride. It’s a chance to see how her driving has developed, revisit her skills and find out what Mum makes of being her passenger.

Passing your test is a huge achievement, and the learning continues afterwards. A refresher lesson can help you check your habits, build confidence and keep improving.

Driving examiners often get the blame when a test doesn’t go to plan — but is that fair?

Kiah and I discuss why we think the examiners at Kettering are a good bunch doing a difficult job. Sitting beside someone they’ve never met who is probab;y feeling nervous, assessing their driving and delivering a result that means so much takes patience, concentration and professionalism.

Have you had a positive experience with your driving examiner? Tell us below.
