🚑 MYTH OR FACT?
“If an ambulance is behind you, you can nip through a red light.” 🚦

❌ MYTH.

Only emergency vehicles responding to incidents can legally proceed through a red light and even then, under strict conditions and careful judgement. If you cross that line on red, you could be looking at a fine and points on your licence. Not quite the souvenir you want.

The best move? Stay exactly where you are and let our crews work their magic. They’re trained to spot the safest route past you, whether that’s easing around, waiting for the lights to change, or creating their own little pocket of progress. 🚑

And if there’s genuinely nowhere safe to pass, we’ll switch the sirens off, hold back, and find another way through. No pressure, no panic, just patience and teamwork on the road. 💙
