A new chapter for Waterlife

In addition to continuing our long-standing relationship with Waterlodge, Waterlife is also becoming an independent yacht brokerage based in Lymington.

I’m Ian Watkins, and I have spent much of my working life helping people buy and sell boats—including senior roles with Ancasta, Hunter Marine and Clipper Marine, as well as co-founding Why Yachting International.

Waterlife will provide experienced, personal brokerage for sailing yachts, motorboats and RIBs, supported by wider online marketing, prompt communication and properly managed sales from valuation through to completion.

The business will begin in Lymington, with the intention of adding other independently operated South Coast territories in time.

If you are considering selling your boat—or looking for your next one—I would be pleased to hear from you.

Love the water but not using your boat? Consider the alternative.

If your sailing boat, motorboat, or narrowboat spends more time docked than cruising, it might be time to explore a better way to stay connected to the water. Houseboats offer all the joys of marina life without the upkeep of traditional vessels.

- Spacious interiors for everyday comfort
- Large roof terraces perfect for relaxing or entertaining
- No antifouling or frequent maintenance
- Designed to fit on a standard mooring

For those who love being by and on the water, a houseboat is the perfect alternative. Discover how you can make the switch: www.mywaterlife.com
