Charging your EV in the rain is completely normal.
EV charging systems are designed with protective devices that monitor the electrical supply and shut things down if a fault is detected. If something does trip, the system can be checked and safely restarted once the issue has been identified.
British weather definitely doesn’t mean you have to stop charging your car.
