VW T-ROC 4Motion sitting proud and super glossy ready for client handover. In for embedded contamination removal, heavily clay barred and then polished to get the best out of the Ravenna Blue Metallic coachwork and the black gloss roof and roof line. Our best assessment is that the contamination was small pine/fir tree sap/resin that had become airborne and significantly bonded to the upper surfaces of the vehicle. Unable to remove chemically the vehicle was heavily clayed to remove then polished by machine to remove the clay bar marring caused by the claying process as well as removing minor swirls and get the best gloss out of the paintwork. Finished with a wax for protection. As a vehicle owner, booking with a trusted professional detailer isn’t just about the results. It’s also having the confidence that they know what they are doing, how to do it and importantly - why. This could have been a whole different story if someone went at this car trying to remove the contamination without the knowledge, experience and skill.
