Lower Wensleydale Caravan and Motorhome Club Campsite, based in North Yorkshire, is set within the sheltered hollow of a disused quarry that is overrun with wild flowers, mosses and mature trees. The site is also the perfect spot to watch the local steam trains pass by. Leyburn is a thriving market town and is home to The Little Chocolate Shop where you can tour the factory. Further afield is Richmond a bustling market town. Worth a visit is the White Scar Cave in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Wonderful walking, cycling and dog walking country with superb scenic views. Ideal for families, couples and dog owners.
