Borders Competitions Jim Clark Rally takes place in the Scottish Borders for the 56th year this weekend!
Named after 1963 and 1965 Formula One champion Jim Clark, it has been a prominent feature of the UK rally calendar since its inception in 1970. The Borders Competitions Jim Clark Rally is a unique closed road Motorsport event, running across the weekend of 22-24 May 2026, based around Duns in the Scottish Borders.

Also at the Jim Clark Motorsport Museum in Duns, is an Exhibition showcasing a stunning collection of images that capture the thrill and excitement of past Jim Clark rallies.
"Immerse yourself in the legacy of a legend through these evocative snapshots. But that's not all! This year's exhibition is elevated by the presence of two extraordinary cars. We are incredibly honoured to have on display the iconic 1966 Mk1 Lotus Cortina, a vehicle famously tested by both Jim and Roger Clark in preparation for the 1966 RAC Rally. A massive thank you to the Moulsdale Foundation for generously loaning us this piece of automotive heritage. Adding to the spectacle, we will also be showcasing the formidable 2001 Portugal winning Mitsubishi Lancer, driven to victory by the legendary Tommi Makinen.
