Bit of a negative one today guys, the amount of ‘no shows’ we’re getting recently is completely unacceptable. We understand things happen and cannot be helped sometimes, however we’re a small family run business and we’re extremely busy at the moment so when people ‘forget’ or don’t show up it’s taking time away from other customers we could have booked in. We’re considering taking deposits for MOTs/repairs in the future if this keeps happening. We try our best to squeeze people in where we can and then some still have the audacity to not show or phone, so going forward if this happens without a legitimate reason you won’t be booked back in again.
