Bit of a negative one today guys, the amount of ‘no shows’ we’re getting recently is completely unacceptable. We understand things happen and cannot be helped sometimes, however we’re a small family run business and we’re extremely busy at the moment so when people ‘forget’ or don’t show up it’s taking time away from other customers we could have booked in. We’re considering taking deposits for MOTs/repairs in the future if this keeps happening. We try our best to squeeze people in where we can and then some still have the audacity to not show or phone, so going forward if this happens without a legitimate reason you won’t be booked back in again. Thanks for understanding ✌🏻

Well it’s been a while since I’ve seen a tyre with a serious boil on the tyre sidewall on a commercial vehicle however tyre removed and replacement fitted to let customer get on with there journey to Glasgow ,

Hi everyone! Sorry we’ve been so absent on the page we’ve just been soooo busy! (Not a bad thing of course) would just like to wish all our customers new&old a very merry Christmas and a happy new year from all of us here at J&S! 🎅🏻🎄🥂
We will be closed xmas day, Boxing Day and the 27th. Re-opening through to 31st December and then closed 1st, 2nd and back open on the 3rd Jan. No doubt a certain someone will be in the garage working away during these days though👀😂 we may be closed but our phone will still be ON for any queries📲📞

One of our trucks out to rescue a stranded taxi driver with 2 blow outs after hitting a pot hole. Car taken to J&S Motors in Hurlford where two new tyres were fitted right away then car delivered back to driver.

Which allows us to pay our bills.
Which also allows us to stay in business.
Our pricing allows me to employ people.
Which allows them to pay their bills.
Our pricing allows me to pay myself for the countless hours I work. I’m truly never “off the clock”.
Our pricing keeps a roof over my head and food on my table.
We own a small business. One where the CEO knows your name and truly cares about you.
We are not Walmart (a 500 billion dollar company). We’re unable to provide things at the “lowest price”, order millions of units, and still stay in business.
We’re not the “cheapest”. We’re also not “the most expensive”.
Our pricing is what it is to allow this small business to keep going which allows us to keep making a positive impact.
We will not apologise for our pricing because we shouldn't.
No small business should.
