Campervan navigating package added 😂✅

Berlingo over from westcoast for tuning & Adblue solution. This time of year there are hundreds of campervans travelling at 30-40mph on the westcoast and unfortunately 75bhp in a wee van isn’t quite enough to get passed them efficiently.

With the help with our software the owner should manage to slingshot them just fine now 😎

Toyota Hilux 2.8 in for tuning & Adblue solution.

Plagued with Adblue related faults and throwing every light on the dash up we got to work with our lifetime Adblue solution. Customer opted for a little extra towing potential at the same time. No ground breaking improvements on these with tuning but a solid 25bhp & 50nm gain to help with the hills.

Transit custom in for Adblue solution. This has spent the last 3 months at the main dealers, parts being thrown at it without a fix. Customer took the vehicle away from the garage and straight to us. Adblue solution applied and the owner was driving away again fault free within an hour ✅

Nice healthy low mileage example which showed on the logs, manual gearbox so of course we were a little kinder to it with the boost profile. Tapering it in to give the clutch a fighting chance.

Audi Q7 272bhp in for engine & gearbox tuning.

Nice improvement on these with tuning, another 40-50bhp & 100nm of torque gained with remap. Gearbox transformed coupled with the added power and torque, on road driving experience is hugely improved.

Another underpowered caddy saved!

Hundreds of these tuned over the years due to being so underpowered in standard form with so much potential there it makes for a reason easy decision for customers to have them tuned.

As always huge gain in power while keeping the torque sensible for the 5 speed box.

BMW 530D in for engine tuning.

These BMW diesels are never exactly slow in stock form but when there is so much additional performance to be gained from a simple tuning session why not!

Additional 50bhp and 100nm gained from tuning these engines which on the road is a real nice boost in performance.

In for engine and gearbox tuning, these engines are heavily detuned from factory, adjustments to the Ecu calibration completely transforms them as can be seen from the Dyno graph.

1.6TDI passat over from Orkney for retune.

Customer previously had the car tuned local to him but ever since found it laggy and throttle like a light switch. We took a read of the Ecu and analysed the data comparing it with stock file and found some questionable changes, We flashed back in stock tune and can see on the Dyno graph instantly the response was back getting rid of that nasty lag.

Completely retuned from scratch although not making high peak bhp gains we found over 70nm more torque below 2000rpm and 30bhp gains in the mid range. Throttle no longer like an on off switch and back to having a nice progressive feel giving the smooth power feeling.

Job done 😎✅

Stock - 107bhp / 251nm
Tuner X - 145bhp / 304nm
HTS Tuned - 153bhp / 353nm
Proven gains of 46bhp & 102nm over stock and 8bhp & 49nm over previous tune.
