Meet Ian 🚗

46 years in the motor trade is a fair bit of experience...

Ian has been part of Top Car Services since we opened our doors in August 2022, bringing decades of knowledge and experience to the workshop.

As a Vehicle Technician, MOT Tester and Hybrid Electric Technician, Ian still gets stuck into everything from servicing and repairs to diagnostics and MOTs.

But one of the best parts of being at Top Car? Getting to work alongside his son, Liam.

It’s pretty special to have that experience and knowledge in the workshop, while also seeing the business your son has built continue to grow.

Meet Mitchell, our Apprentice Technician, who should be fully qualified by the end of the year!

Mitchell has been part of the Top Car Services team for nearly four years and has been busy building his skills across servicing, maintenance and repairs.

He’s gone from apprentice to an important part of the workshop team, and when we asked him what it’s like working at Top Car, he called us his “extended family” which made us feel warm inside 💙

Well, it’s official… Top Car Services is expanding! 🚗🔧

And before anyone wonders why we’re knocking holes in the workshop wall… we’ve now completed the acquisition of Unit 6 at 8 Harbour Road, right next door to us 😅

The extra space will double our current workshop capacity, giving us more room to grow and the ability to get even more cars through the workshop, while continuing to deliver the service our customers know and trust.

There’s plenty of work to do as we fit out the new space and join the units together, but we’re all really excited about what’s ahead.
