A FEW KEY POINTS FOR THE BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND.

NO Pre 90s or junior nudge and spin
allowed in the pits until after racing Sunday, trucks and trailers bringing cars for both days, Mondays cars must stay loaded.

Please park in rows as you arrive no space saving please keep tight we do not have the pit space we have done in previous years, No support vehicles will be allowed in pits.

We need volunteers to make our 2 day meeting possible! We need Marshall’s and parking assistance, Please contact us if you can help.

Camping is available Sunday night only, No caravans, no drinking until racing has finished. Absolutely no drugs on site. all tents must be packed away before 8am.

Anyone camping must bring their own drinking water, THERE'S NONE ON SITE.

Please use the bins provided and help us by emptying these at the end of each day where you can please take your rubbish home.

MONDAY We will have children’s races during the interval. This includes running races and little tikes/ cosy cars

We still have a high fire risk, As Stated in the tmc rules please have a extinguisher present with all you vehicles, please be very cautious when using grinders/cutters, No open fires!

Important Fire Safety and Race Day Notice.

Please give this your urgent attention, thank you.

Due to the excessively dry conditions, the fire risk at the Tongham track and surrounding area is currently very high. We need everyone to take extra care, particularly in the Pits throughout the day.
Cutting and Grinding
Anyone wanting to cut or grind must:
Have water immediately available.
Be aware of where the sparks are landing
Check the surrounding ground and vehicles before, during and after carryng out the work.
NO BBQS WILL BE PERMITTED.

Smokers must make sure all cigarette butts are fully extinguished and disposed of safely.
Please do not throw them on the ground.

If you're joining us for Aaron's Memorial lap on Sunday, could you please ensure you arrive early enough for Scrutineering at 8am and closes at 9:20am. Non contact Signing on closes at 9:25 and drivers briefing at 9:40am (ish), so everyone can get back down to Pit Lane in their cars ready to go out. Thank you for your help with this.
