🌤️ Good Morning from The VW Service Centre
We’ve been extremely busy recently, and with team members away on holidays, training courses, and a bout of illness, the pressure has certainly been felt across the workshop and reception. We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding during this period.
🔧 Changes Coming After Easter
We’re pleased to share that some positive developments are on the way:
• Two new staff members will be joining the team to strengthen both the workshop and front-of-house.
• Phil will return to reception two days a week, with a new team member covering the other three days to ensure consistent communication.
• Neil will be taking full charge of the workshop daily, supporting our technicians and keeping workflow running smoothly.
These changes are designed to improve efficiency, communication, and the overall customer experience.
📅 Booking Availability
We are currently taking most bookings from the week starting 13th April, with very limited availability before then.

Until Easter, we kindly ask that estimate requests are sent via WhatsApp or Email, as the phone is not always manned during this busy period. We will reply to all messages and queries as soon as we are able.
