Well took Daughters car to Perth Citreon for a recall .Told when booking it in will take 1 hour maybe a bit more .Arrived to be told will take 2-3 hours.Well after 3 hours Receptionist says it' had a COMPLIMENTARY wash and hoover well i don't think they switched the hoover on or the water
