This Astra might look clean and understated, but underneath there’s a serious amount of work gone into making it a properly sorted fast-road package.
At the heart of it is a Z20 engine running VXR forged pistons, ZRP rods, CAT fast-road cams, Piper valve springs, a hybrid turbo, 630cc injectors, Airtec intercooler and a custom 3" exhaust system.
But power is only part of the story.
The car is fully polybushed, running Bilstein B14 suspension and a VXR M32 gearbox with a Wavetrac L*D. Braking is handled by Brembo Megane 250 calipers, PBS race pads and Vectra VXR discs, while inside it gets the full Astra H VXR Recaro treatment.
And of course, it’s been put through its paces on the Noble Motorsport dyno — have a watch. 👀

Another competition car through the Noble Motorsport dyno — but this time, you won't be seeing the final numbers.

And there's a good reason for that.

In motorsport, data is an advantage. Power figures, setup changes and performance data can tell competitors far more than you might think. When we're working with a race team, that information stays exactly where it belongs — between the team and the track.
