💥Customer Notice – Parts Policy

From now on, customers will be required to purchase and pay for all parts needed to repair their vehicle.

Unfortunately, I have experienced losses where parts were ordered and customers later decided not to continue with the repair. As a one-man business, this has a significant impact.

Please understand:

Every job is different

Some repairs take time to diagnose and complete

Parts cannot always be returned once ordered

This policy helps ensure I can continue to provide a reliable and honest service to all customers.
