It is Important to have your timing belts changed at the correct interval!

2 Timing belt jobs in today, the first photo is from a Discovery 5 3.0D. The Interval is 112,000 or 7 years (whichever comes first) this vehicle is a 2020 with 105,000 miles and you can see the belt is starting to frey!

Second photo is from a late Freelander 2 which the customer had recently bought and was unsure if it's history. Same Interval as above but we noticed a horrible looking leak from the water pump which we always change on these engines.

So I'm away on holiday and had a photo taken and the lads decided to join in 😂😂😂

So,at least 2 jobs haven't turned in this week so far and haven't answered their phone or rang back! That's 6-7 hours labour lost where someone else could of had their Land Rover in for work. Not only that one of the parts ordered was a special order costing us around £600 and CAN NOT BE RETURNED, so we are now stuck with the part 🤬 We always say if you need to cancel or can't make it just give us a ring
