The fibreglass mk1 golf berg cup arches have started.
The moulds have been taken from in house wide arch race car build.
These are around 100mm wider than stock and 100mm taller which means 17” wheels with proper tyres shouldn’t be a problem.

We’ve been busy making moulds for the widest and most spacious fibreglass berg cup kit for the mk1.
These started life as the brain child of ‘s in-house mega build. After realising that the available-off-the-shelf arches were not going to cut it when using a 17” x 9” wheel with a proper tyre he took maters into his own hands. After months of grafting and moulding he had created the base for taking moulds of the complete front end and rear quarter panels which he had now created in carbon fibre. He then kindly donated the bucks and moulds for us to modify to allow us to make a much simpler arch kit. Thanks for the donation of the bucks for the arch moulds.

Designed for 1.5” sch-10, socketed inlets and large weld area for greater strength, 2.5” outlet to suit a huge range of turbos, 45/50mm wastegate port.

Garrett g25-550 with a .72 v band exhaust housing modified compressor housing straight up to 63mm boost hose to make the boost run simpler being able to run a straight silicone hose with no reducers. custom 1.25 schedule tube sidewinder manifold all purge welded to suit a VW 20vt engine. wastegate fl**ge is to suit a turbo smart 45mm hyper-gate this setup would be ideal for someone aiming for around 350-440 bhp. the turbo is essentially brand new and never been run and only ever been used in a mock up scenario and never had and exhaust gas through it any questions please ask

These are happening!
We are hoping to do these 1.5” into 2.5” billet stainless steel exhaust merge collectors for around £350. Socketed header inlets to allow a strong, secure weld joint and 45mm wastegate port which has gas flow prioritised. Available for pre-order (small batch incoming)

Oversized bore to allow for plenty of cylinder head porting.

We have been busy designing our own fully adjustable top mounts to suit the smaller parameters of the mk1 and mk2 golf turrets (although these would be ideal as a universal top mount for any vehicle).
Huge camber adjustment and 40mm+ of caster adjustment both independently adjustable.
Massive upper bearing and bearing housing with locking nut and serrated washer help to lock everything in place.
These will be supplied with a weld-in turret plate to suit mk1 golf, mk2 golf or an oversized universal plate to suit any vehicle. Anodised Billet 7075 aluminium. Price to come, please let us know if you are interested.

The epic-ness of Gordon’s rwd mk2 golf continues.
The aftermarket mx5 front subframe has been tweaked and grafted into position along with oversized inner tubs, extended turrets for tubular supports and additional bracing and panel work. has made sure that the car sits at a sensible height while allowing for correct suspension geometry and clearance for a 15” wheel with big sticky tyre. We’ve also got the front half of the cage welded ready for additional tubes into the engine bay. S2000 engine, bmw 8hp gearbox and mx5 rear subframe to come.
