The solution? Getting the spring rates right! Rather than guessing, we calculate the car’s wheel frequencies to help determine the correct spring rates for its setup and intended use. By working out the right spring rate, we helped Jimbo find that extra rear-end grip, allowing him to put the power down more effectively and make better use of the Skyline’s power. 📈

🔧 Peugeot 206 GTi – Rally Car Suspension Upgrade 🔧

Another set of 40mm Bilstein inserts heading through the workshop, this time being converted to our ever-popular Quantum 40mm 1-Way inserts for a rally car.

Featuring a digressive linear piston, these inserts offer a fantastic improvement in damper performance, control and consistency — making them a great choice for rally, competition and performance applications.

The Quantum is also fully serviceable, allowing for future maintenance, servicing and revalving as required.

💰 A cost-effective route to upgraded damping

Rather than replacing the entire strut setup, converting existing 40mm inserts to Quantum allows you to retain your current hardware while benefiting from the performance of a properly valved Quantum damper.
